So I went to St Albert Dodge looking to downgrade 2 vehicles in order to lower our payments and even though they didn’t have any vehicles that fit what we were looking for I wanted to leave a review thanking Stephen. He put in a lot of time and effort, but he also gave me a ton of advice on they best way to get our payments lower. It’s unfortunate we couldn’t have done our business through him, but I feel he deserves the recognition and credit for being great at his job!

Possibly the best experience of purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Shane Osepchuk, my sales person, was upfront and honest from the get go. He laid everything out as best case and worst case, costs and payments. no surprises. Friendly and upbeat staff who do what it takes to earn your business. I definitely recommend St Albert Dodge to anyone who is thinking about getting into a new or used vehicle.

3rd update for my review. After a less pleasant experience with after service, I will say that Adam and the service team has called us directly to apologize and made things right with us. In the end, customer service is key and this is the first time I have ever had a company take full responsibility to ensure they keep their customers happy. We had a fantastic experience here. Ralph Joseph, the sales associate, was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was amazing! We appreciated the low-pressure atmosphere, and are very happy with our purchase and the overall experience. We would definitely come back again.

St. Albert Dodge is hands down the best car dealership I've ever walked into. The staff are wonderful and welcoming right when you step foot in the door! Hubie helped us out with our truck, and I can't say enough to express how wonderful he was. Knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic, he was enjoying our experience right along with us! I would (and will) recommend that everyone visit and see Hubie about buying a new vehicle!

I will refer anyone/everyone to Chad! He listened to exactly what I needed and hooked me up with an even better deal than I thought was even possible. He made the process SO easy for me but made sure every choice I was making was explained thoroughly to me and always gave me the cold hard truth.
